This P-40E-1 was built as a Kittyhawk IA for the British under Lend-Lease Program, receiving the USAAF serial number 41-36018 in addition to the RAF-assigned serial ET664. She was transferred to the Russians via the Lend-Lease Program and served with the Soviet Navy as ‘White 25’ until lost in action near Murmansk, where she remained until recovered in the 1990s. She is currently under restoration with Dual-Controls at Pioneer Aero of Ardmore, New Zealand. The successful purchaser can have the P-40 completed to airworthy and flying condition by Pioneer, alternatively, the purchaser can ship the Project to a shop of their choice.
