Global Plane Market is an online marketplace for listing and discovering aircraft.

The Platform does not broker, facilitate, or complete sales transactions.

All agreements or communications related to purchases or sales are conducted exclusively between the Users.

To create listings or send inquiries, you may need to register for an account.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&Cs.

Users may post aircraft listings that include text, images, and pricing. By posting a listing, you confirm:

• You have the legal right to offer the aircraft for sale.
• All information is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• All price information, including any VAT indication, is accurate and compliant with applicable tax laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these T&Cs or is deemed inappropriate.

All prices in listings are set solely by the sellers. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any price or tax information.

Sellers are solely responsible for correct pricing, VAT disclosure, and compliant invoicing. We assume no responsibility for prices, tax calculations, or VAT statements between Users.

Currently, listing and browsing the Platform is offered free of charge.

Any future fees or premium features will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

All fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Upload malicious software or code
• Attempt to access the accounts or data of others
• Circumvent any security measures of the Platform

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of listings.

We do not vet or endorse users, and we are not a party to any transactions.

Users act at their own risk when engaging with other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Pelephant GmbH shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the Platform.

We are not responsible for any disputes, claims, or damages related to transactions or communications between users, including any liability arising from incorrect prices, tax information, or VAT statements provided by Users.

All content on the Platform (except user-generated listings), including logos, software, and design elements, is the property of Pelephant GmbH and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these T&Cs or misuse of the service. You may also delete your account at any time.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
