Certified Pitts Special S2A , one of the best in the country, over its time it was used by training schools, for circuits, aerobatics and tail wheel endorsements, the last 5 yrs by qantas airline pilot and myself private use. She a beautiful Biplane, draws a lot of attention, strong, fast and agile, good performer, accurate, forgiving and yet light, responsive, either solo or duel, (converts easily to duel) its in great condition, the new 3-blade MT propeller which was installed, increased the performance with the renewed engine, all wings were tightened and this was done and managed by Nigel Arnott in QLD, it achieves 130 to 135kts in cruise at 12 GPH, sharp throttle response with full inverted system, excellent performance, makes it ideal for being privately trained, for training by a club , sharing with friends and family, or out there on your own solo practicing.
